Thursday, September 23, 2010

Due to very heavy security measures being taken due to the U.N. Assembly and the U.N. Millenium Goals Meeting each attendee of The Global State of Autoimmunity Today must pass through a security checkpoint to enter the Church Center building for the meeting on September 24.

There are two checkpoints available for entry: (only available via walking)

  1. 44th Street & 2nd Avenue
  2. 44th Street & 1st Avenue

Additionally, please remember to print out your eventbrite tickets and bring them with you to the event - as this will help to significantly simply the checkpoint process.

Also, your name must be on the pre-registration list to gain access through the checkpoint if you don't have a ticket.  If you registered for family and friends and did not provide their names - it's important that you email those additional names to khurley@aarda.org ASAP.

The meeting begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. so please provide yourself enough time to get through the checkpoint in order to arrive on time.

Thank you,

AARDA and the NGO Health Committee
